Jiyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on March 27, 2014, as the group’s holding parent company. In 2015, through a share swap, it acquired 100% equity interests in all operating entities based in mainland China. As a leading professional manufacturer in the metal packaging industry, the Group focuses on the manufacturing and sales of three-piece tinplate cans and two-piece aluminum cans. Its production bases are strategically located across Fujian, Hubei, Anhui, and Guangdong provinces in China, equipped with advanced machinery imported from Europe, the United States, and Japan.

Currently, the Group has an annual production capacity of 2 billion tinplate cans and over 2 billion aluminum cans. Jiyuan Group traces its roots back to Xiamen Jiyuan Enterprise Co., Ltd., founded in 1993, and has been developing in China for 30 years. In 1995, following the establishment of Jifu (Xiamen) Industrial Co., Ltd., the business expanded from manufacturing tinplate cans to tinplate color printing. As the business continued to grow, new plants were successively built in Hubei and Anhui provinces to meet customer demand with just-in-time supply.

In 2016, with the commissioning of Guangdong Jiduobao, the Group formally entered the new business segment of producing two-piece aluminum cans.

All of the Group’s products are currently sold exclusively to the domestic Chinese market. Major customers include well-known food and beverage brands such as COFCO Group, JDB Group, Nestlé Coffee, Yinlu Group, Huierkang Group, Xiamen Gulong Group, Tiandi No.1 Group, Dali Foods Group, Kirin Beer, Zhenzhen Beverage, Pukou Fruit Granule Drink, and others.
